Ask about her chachu (uncle), the late tabla doyen Ustad Karamatullah Khan, and Hindustani classical singer and Padma Bhushan awardee Begum Parween Sultana says, “Yeh toh suraj ko diya dikhane wali baat hai (it’s like holding a candle to the sun)”.
